Payment

When you decide to visit and enroll at Triumph Gymnastics Academy program you are agreeing to the following rules and policies:
Annual Registration fee $ 45.00 will be charge on the date of your initial enrollment sign-up before the first day of class.
PAYMENT POLICY-Tuition Details:
Triumph Gymnastics Academy rates are based on how many weeks each month has. Normal rates are based on 4 weeks per month $95. The additional 5th class/week will be added as a holiday break: Spring break.

A parent will have the opportunity to sign up for two months at a time. Two months tuition at the time $ 95.00 per month x 2 months=$190.00 for 55 minutes class once a week ).

A minimum of two months of classes ARE required, and it's NOT REFUNDABLE.

NO MAKE-UP for Group or private classes this year 2025!

A 30-minute private lesson is $ 50.00 /per student. ONLY ONE STUDENT at the time. The payment for 1-4 private classes will be $200.00. On the 5th lesson, the payment of $ 200.00 is required for 5-8 classes.

Cancellations from the parents: only acceptable 2 days(72 hours) prior to the private class. The coach is NOT required to make up a lesson missed by the student/parent for any reason.

Payment POLICY- NO PARTICIPATION IN ANY CLASSES if the account balance is DUE.
The tuition must be paid by paid AT THE END of each month for the next month's tuition. Your SPOT in a class is ONLY RESERVED if enrolled is in a good standing financially with our gym.

 MISSED CLASSES/ MAKEUP POLICY
You are assigned a specific day and time with your enrollment. If you miss the scheduled timer for ANY REASON, we do not offer a refund or reschedule that missed class. Just like with school.
Effective August 1st, 2024, Triumph Gymnastics has discontinued and no longer offers makeup classes due to missed classes. This courtesy has been abused throughout the years to such an extent that we will no longer extend this courtesy at our facility. If you miss a scheduled class due to any reason, you will forfeit that lesson. There will be no makeup, credits, or discounts given.
If your training day is on a Holiday, you will get a make-up lesson to set off that lesson that was not taken. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELATIONS/ REFUND
IMPORTANT, a 30 DAYS written notice is inquired. If there is less than 30 days' notice given, a cancelation fee of half on the next month's tuition applies. The Annual registration fee is non-refundable. ALL refunds are processed within a week and given via a TGA refund check regardless of your form of payment.
DELINQUENT Accounts:
In case of delinquency in your payment due to any reason, you will be charged a $25 late fee every month until it is paid in full. If your account is 90 days overdue and you have not made arrangements to pay your account in full, you will be sent to a collection agency and will be held responsible for all costs associated with such collection attempts.
LOBBY/OBSERVATION AREA
ONLY enrolled students who have scheduled classes are allowed on the floor, beam, and bar area. ALL siblings and parents must stay in the observation area. PLEASE keep all children off the gymnastics equipment and SUPERVISE THEM AT ALL TIMES! No food or sugar drinks are allowed in the gym due to the ant's problems. Parents must walk inside the gym to bring the athlete to practice and the pick-up is at the side door in a car line. No children are allowed to get picked up at the gas station next door. A parent/ guardian must pick them up from inside the gym or car line. NO EXCEPTIONS ATHLETES TO WALK alone in the parking lot/gas station/dental parking lot next door! THANK YOU for keeping our athletes safe!

I would love my students/parents to respect my time in exchange for an amazing service. The parent/s -guardian is responsible for the FULL TUITION PAYMENTS until the 8 (eight consecutive weeks) private lessons are done.
